1. Scope and acceptance

These rules apply to betting products and markets made available through Stelario Casino from time to time. A particular market may also have additional rules shown on the relevant betting page, bet slip or event information. If a market-specific rule differs from a general rule, the market-specific rule will generally apply to that market. You should check the information displayed before confirming a bet.

Betting services are intended for people who are legally permitted to use them in their location. You are responsible for checking that online betting is lawful where you are located and for complying with any applicable Australian laws and regulations. Access may be restricted or unavailable in some locations. We may refuse, suspend or limit access where required by law, regulation, a court order, technical controls or our internal procedures.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. An account must be used only by the registered account holder. You must not allow another person to place bets through your account, use another person's account, or transfer an account to someone else. We may request identity, age, location or payment verification before accepting or settling bets, processing a withdrawal or continuing to provide services.

  • You must meet the minimum legal age and all other eligibility requirements that apply to the service.
  • You must not place bets while account access is suspended, closed or restricted.
  • You must not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering, collusion or manipulation.
  • You must tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
  • You should review each bet carefully because submitted bets may not be changed or cancelled.

2. Placing and accepting bets

To place a bet, select an available event, market and outcome, enter the stake and review the details shown on the bet slip. The displayed information may include the selected outcome, odds, stake, potential return, applicable terms and any other relevant conditions. You should confirm that all details are correct before submitting the bet.

A bet is not accepted merely because it has been selected or added to a bet slip. It is accepted only when the service confirms acceptance and records the bet in your account or displays an equivalent confirmation. If the bet is rejected, interrupted or not confirmed, do not assume that it has been placed. Check your account history before attempting to submit it again.

Odds, prices, availability and market information may change before a bet is accepted. The odds or terms applying to an accepted bet will be those confirmed at the time of acceptance, subject to these rules and any applicable market rules. Where a price change requires your confirmation, the bet may remain pending until you accept the updated price or may be rejected if confirmation is not provided.

We may decline a bet, correct an obvious error, restrict a market or apply betting limits. We do not guarantee that every event, market or selection will remain available. A bet may also be refused where the account, payment method, location, identity or activity cannot be verified to our requirements.

  • Only stakes successfully received and recorded by the service are treated as placed bets.
  • You should not rely on a browser message, payment notification or screen refresh as proof that a bet was accepted.
  • Duplicate bets caused by repeated clicks, connection problems or technical delays may still be valid if separately accepted.
  • Any minimum or maximum stake displayed for a market or account must be followed.
  • The account holder remains responsible for bets placed using their account until an unauthorised use report is received and reviewed.

3. Market information and settlement

Markets are settled using the official result or other settlement source identified in the relevant market rules. The result may be based on the governing body's official record, an official announcement, a recognised data source or another source selected for that market. Informal reports, social media posts or unverified information do not determine settlement unless the market rules expressly say otherwise.

The meaning of a selection, handicap, total, place, margin, period or other market option may vary between sports, competitions and products. Read the market description and any rules attached to it before placing a bet. Where a market does not explain a particular situation, we may apply a reasonable and consistent interpretation based on the nature of the market and the information available.

For events that take place over multiple periods, days or stages, settlement may depend on the specific market wording. A match winner market may be treated differently from a first-half, quarter, set, innings or outright market. Unless stated otherwise, the result of a market is not necessarily determined by the result at the end of the first scheduled period or by a later change to the official record.

If an event is postponed, abandoned, interrupted, rescheduled or completed under changed conditions, the outcome will be handled in accordance with the market rules. Some markets may remain valid if the required conditions have been met, while others may be cancelled or declared void. A change to the venue, format, participants or scheduled time may affect validity.

In-play and special markets

In-play markets may be subject to delays between an event occurring and the information being displayed. Prices can change quickly, and a bet may be accepted at a different price or rejected if the market has moved. Bets placed after a material event, during a suspension or after a market should have closed may be reviewed under the applicable rules.

Special markets, including player, team, competition and performance markets, may include conditions about participation, starting status, minimum playing time or completion of an event. These conditions will be stated where relevant. You should not assume that a selection is valid simply because the named person or team appears in an event.

4. Voids, errors and cancellations

A bet or market may be declared void where the applicable rules require it, where the event does not take place in the required form, where there is a material technical or pricing error, or where the bet cannot be settled fairly and reliably. When a single bet is void, the stake for that bet will generally be returned. The treatment of a void selection in a multiple or combination bet may differ and will be determined under the relevant market rules.

An obvious error may include an incorrectly displayed price, selection, line, result, event time or other material detail. If an error is identified, we may correct the record, void the affected bet or take another step permitted by the applicable rules. We will aim to apply any correction consistently to affected bets and to notify you where appropriate.

We may cancel or suspend a market for operational, integrity, legal, technical or commercial reasons. This may happen before or after an event begins. We may also review betting activity where there is a concern about suspicious conduct, coordinated activity, misuse of an offer, account compromise or a breach of these rules. A review may delay settlement or account action while the relevant information is assessed.

  • Do not place a bet based solely on a price that appears inconsistent with the surrounding market.
  • If an event or market is displayed more than once, each accepted bet may be treated separately unless an error is identified.
  • Settlement can be corrected if new information shows that an outcome was recorded incorrectly.
  • A correction does not create a right to a particular result where the original settlement was clearly affected by an error.
  • Where funds are credited or debited incorrectly, the account balance may be adjusted after review.

5. Accounts, payments, complaints and responsible betting

Bets, results, transactions and account activity may be recorded electronically. You should check your bet history and account balance regularly and raise any apparent discrepancy as soon as possible through the support options made available on the website. When contacting support, provide enough information for the matter to be located, such as the relevant date, market and bet reference, while avoiding the disclosure of your password.

Payments and withdrawals are subject to account verification, payment method checks, anti-fraud controls and the applicable Terms and Conditions. Funds may not be available for withdrawal until required checks are complete. We may return funds to an approved payment method, request further information or restrict transactions where necessary to meet legal, security or responsible gambling obligations.

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, contact us through the available website support channel. We will review the market wording, acceptance record, event information, official result and relevant account data. Complaints should be raised promptly. If a matter cannot be resolved through the initial review, further escalation options may be available under the applicable complaints process.

Betting should be treated as entertainment, not as a way to make money or recover losses. Set a budget before you play and only stake money you can afford to lose. Do not chase losses, borrow money to bet or continue betting when it is causing stress or affecting your work, relationships or finances. Tools and support options may be available to help you manage your activity, including deposit controls, breaks, account restrictions or self-exclusion.

  • Take regular breaks and keep track of the time and money spent.
  • Use the responsible gambling tools available in your account or request help through the website.
  • If gambling no longer feels enjoyable or manageable, stop and seek independent support.
  • These rules may be updated when products, legal requirements or operating procedures change.
  • The current version published on the website applies to relevant betting activity from its effective date.

If you have questions about these Betting Rules, review the relevant market information and the website's support and legal pages before placing a bet. Continuing to use the betting service after an updated version is published may be treated as acceptance of the revised rules, to the extent permitted by law.
